Privacy Policy

THE PR SCHOOL considers any and all information related to its students to be strictly confidential and shall not make such information available to anyone outside THE PR SCHOOL, unless authorized by the student. We respect the privacy of each of our students; therefore, their personal information (name, address, e-mail address, contact number, etc.) will never be made available to any outside party. The assignments that are sent to us for evaluation will only be viewed by THE PR SCHOOL.

THE PR SCHOOL reserves the right to retain information solely to resolve potential disputes. In addition, THE PR SCHOOL reserves the right to disclose confidential information

• as mandated by law;
• in connection with a court action brought by a client against THE PR SCHOOL or any of its agents, employees, officers, directors, or service providers and
• in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of THE PR SCHOOL, its users, or the public that was in THE PR SCHOOL’s possession before receipt from the student;
• is or becomes a matter of public knowledge through no fault of THE PR SCHOOL;
• is rightfully received by THE PR SCHOOL from a third party not owing a duty of confidentiality to the student;
• is disclosed without by THE PR SCHOOL as a duty of confidentiality to a third party by;

For the purpose of advertising and marketing, THE PR SCHOOL may, disclose a student's name, profession/occupation and comments on a course. However, if such student does not want such information to be displayed, he/she shall as soon as possible, intimate THE PR SCHOOL in writing and THE PR SCHOOL shall within 30 days from the date of such intimation in writing, remove from such place the aforementioned details of such student.
